Bloodstock AI Terms of Use

These terms apply to everyone who uses Bloodstock AI. Please read them before you create an account. The date of the version in force is shown at the top of this page, and the version you accept is recorded against your account.

1. What Bloodstock AI is

Bloodstock AI provides decision support for thoroughbred sales: analysis, risk indicators and estimates based on available data. It is not a valuation service, a tipping service, or veterinary advice, and nothing on the platform guarantees race success, soundness, or resale value.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details private. Access to analysis is for your own use; bulk extraction, scraping, or redistribution of platform content is not permitted.

3. Your decisions

Always inspect a horse, take professional bloodstock and veterinary advice, and make your own judgement before bidding. Bloodstock AI supports decisions; it does not make them for you.

4. Acceptance

Creating an account requires accepting the current version of these terms. If the terms change, you will be asked to review and accept the new version before continuing to use the platform.

5. Teams

A team is a place for a few people to talk about a horse they are buying together. Anything you post in a team, photos included, can be read by every member of that team, so treat it as said out loud to all of them. The owner of a team can invite people, remove them, hand the team to somebody else, and delete the team, which deletes every thread, message and photo in it for everyone. You can remove your own messages whenever you like. Nothing you post is read, reviewed, moderated or approved by us before it appears, and we do not go looking through a team's threads.

What reaches us is what a member sends us. Any member can report a message from the thread it is in, and that sends us a copy of the message, the account that wrote it, and which team and thread it was in. We read every report. Where we find that a message breaks these terms we can take it down, and where an account keeps breaking them we can close it. Nobody is told who reported them. You can also leave a team at any time, from the people list on the team or on any of its threads, and a team's owner can remove anyone on it.

Do not post anything abusive, threatening, deceptive or unlawful, and do not post a photograph you would not want every member of that team to have. You are responsible for what you post: the rest of these terms apply inside a team exactly as they do everywhere else in the service.
